GRAEME COLVILLE SAYER :

Graeme Sayer graduated with a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Damelin School  of Business and a Diploma in Project Management from Varsity College and Prince2 Foundation Course from OGC (UK). Several courses were attended whilst pursuing a career in the Public Sector in the field of development facilitation. Courses completed: Interaction Management, Interface Management, Management Development Program, Presentation Skills, Community Development, Negotiation & Communication and GIS Management. Graeme Sayer has been appointed as an external examiner by The University of Natal's  MBA School of Business, for the Project Management Module (2002).

Brief Career Experience:

Has extensive experience in Central, Provincial and Local Government, in the fields of legislation, administration and development planning, including township development, administration and management. Has international experience in NGO management and fund management. He headed his own development management consultancy, Development Management Services which was founded in 1990 and it focused on capacity building & empowerment training. Development Management Services was pivotal in ensuring community participation in a number of housing development projects. Graeme Sayer was an evaluator for the Provincial Housing Board 1994 to 1999. He has in depth knowledge and experience of the housing delivery process. Graeme Sayer has moved on from Development Management Services and has established UNLIMITED to focus on Consulting Project Management services.

           Graeme Sayer is:

           A full member of the Institute for Housing of Southern Africa.

           A founder member of the Natal/KwaZulu Branch of the Development                Society of Southern Africa.

           An External Examiner to the MBA Business School of the University of            Natal, Pietermaritzburg (Project Management Discipline).

           A lecturer in Project Management, MS Project 2000 and Production            Management for the Varsity College Business School, Durban and            Pietermaritzburg Campus. (2003-2007)

           A Professional Member of the Project Management Institute of South            Africa (Membership No: 3631).

           A Registered Trainer with BOTA (Botswana Training Authority) Reg No:            T01781
